Key Responsibility岗位职责

1. Responsible for repair related stock management: familiar with the business process of stock management including shipping and receiving inventory management purchase order and delivery process etc. and with capability well deal with the issues during the stock operation management.

负责电子测量设备维修相关的仓库的管理熟悉仓库管理的各项业务流程包括货物收发库存管理采购配送等能够独立处理仓库运营中出现的问题

1. With developed Oracle system operation according to the repair requirements initiate and establish parts needs information and manage the service location.

运用基于Oracle开发的应用系统操作根据维修需求发起和建立物料需求信息和管理维修过程单元的系统操作

1. Responsible for limited models repair and/or calibration of electronic measuring instruments (Fluke brands) by analyzing and identifying instrument failures performing repair/ calibration/adjustment process. Ensure on time deliver the instruments to customer with high quality.

负责有限型号的电子测量设备福禄克旗下品牌的维修和校准工作通过简单的分析和判断仪器的故障执行维修测试或者调整方案确保客户设备在规定的TAT内完成服务

1. Maintain high-quality and efficient communication with customers fully understand customer needs provide customers with high quality products and services and continue to improve customer satisfaction.

与客户保持优质高效沟通充分了解客户需求为客户提供高质量的产品和服务并持续提高客户满意度

1. Manage equipment/fixture/tool management through using MET CAL or other application software initiate calibration and repair requirements propose analysis and solutions for OOT equipment and ensure the equipment in effective working condition. With experience of ISO9001 quality management system is preferred.

设备/夹具/工装管理利用测量设备管理系统或者其他应用软件发起设备的校准和维修需求对于超差设备提出分析和解决方案确保测量设备处于有效的工作状态有质量管理体系工作经验优先

1. Create a good way of cross-functional cooperation and communication and work closely with CSR/Logistic and other departments to ensure that instruments are delivered to customers in the best quality and shortest TAT.

营造良好的跨部门合作沟通方式密切与CSR/Logistic等部门合作确保仪器以最好的质量和最短的时间交付给客户

1. Use FBS tools to continuously improve safety quality delivery and productivity in order to consistently meet customer expectations.

运用FBS工具持续改进安全质量交付成本及效率以实现持续满足客户的期望

1. Strong driving force long-term effective play of subjective initiative use various resources to learn more product knowledge and skills understand the latest product and service needs provide the training and sharing aim to raise the service capability for self and team.

具备强大内驱力长期有效发挥主观能动性利用各项资源学习更多的产品知识和技能了解最新的产品服务需求培训和分享知识和技术提高自身和团队的产品服务能力

QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求

1. Bachelors degree or above in electronic engineering or similar major and more than 2 years relevant work experience;电子工程或类似专业本科及以上学历以及相关行业2年以上工作经验.
2. Familiar with popular office software and with ability of understand and familiar with stock management software in short term.具备熟练的电脑及常用办公软件的操作并具备快速熟练掌握仓库管理的相关软件系统等的能力;
3. Integrity sincerity good teamwork ability. 正直诚恳良好的团队协作能力.
4. Strong willingness to learn and fast learning ability able to actively and continuously learn improve professional skills communication skills. 强烈的学习意愿和快速学习能力能够积极主动的不断学习提升专业技能沟通能力.
5. Be good at English listening speaking reading and writing. 具备良好的英语能力
6. Will be preferred for well know lean concept. 了解精益理念者优先
7. Also preferred while with QMS and metrology knowledge background. 具备质量管理体系及计量方面知识或经验者优先
