The Role:
Our site inBedford MAis seeking amanufacturing Technicianto join our team.This will be on2ndShiftandwillbe working with other team players inour ESC operations group.This role will involve assemblyvacuum processingas well aswet etch operations toaccomplishbuildand assembly ofechucksand other coated products.This role should be willing to crosstrainand support other work areas to support business needs.
WhatYoullDo:
Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.
Maintaina clean work environment following allEntegris6S activities.
Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.
Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspectionand other productiondatain Camline.
Activelyparticipatein shiftpassdownsfor communicationregardingsafetyqualityand production priorities
Follow work instructionsand fill out work orders and other documentation as.
Performpartassemblyand wet etchoperations
Operate vacuum and other processing equipment
Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment
Inspectpartsvisually and with metrology toolsaccording to quality procedures
Perform periodic tool refreshand basic equipment maintenance tasksper run schedules.
Clean fixturesand parts as needed
Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.

What We Seek:
High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of1yrmanufacturing experience (Machine operation a plus)
Able to work2ndShiftsand Overtimeincluding weekendswhen needed.
Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPAAcetoneFeCl HCL)
Fluency in English isfor training purposes
Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift
Ability to work in clean room
Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments
OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:
Machine operation experience
Able to train on1stshift for three months
Enthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.

Pay range for this role is $22/hr-$26/hr plus shift differential. Base pay is dependent upon experience.
