Were expanding our team to meet that ambition and build on our position as a trusted delivery partner for enterprise-wide SAP and Finance programmes.
Were now looking for experienced high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. Were currently hiring a Senior Manager level Ariba Consultant to support our SAP Projects and Clients. Youll bring strong functional knowledge a consulting mindset and the drive to deliver real impact both for our clients and for your own development.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Procurement Transformation:
Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP Ariba Source to Pay projects
S2P process experience and S/4HANA knowledge to lead S/4HANA S2P lead roles
Collaborate with clients to design and implement S2P processes and solutions.
Provide expertise across the full S2P process and how this integrates.
Bring knowledge of S2P transformation roadmaps and help clients to develop theirs.
Deliver tech-enabled source-to-pay (S2P) transformations from design through to execution.
Client Engagement & Leadership:
Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team assessing engagement risks throughout driving conclusions and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Act as the lead advisor to clients building strong relationships and positioning PwC as the partner of choice.
Facilitate client workshops run training sessions and system demos - advising on best practices across the S2P lifecycle.
Manage project delivery risk and timelines for Ariba and S/4HANA S2P engagements.
Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Train coach and supervise team members
The skills & experience were looking for:
Extensive experience in SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Source to Pay
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing e-sourcing procurement transformation and procurement technology implementation.
Deep understanding of S2P processes
Deep expertise in three or more of the following
Ariba SLP
Ariba Risk
Ariba Sourcing
Ariba Contracts
Ariba Procurement
Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
Ariba Spend Analysis
SAP Business Network
SAP Integration Suite - Managed Gateway for Spend & Network (Ariba CIG)
Good integration knowledge between SAP Ariba S/4HANA (and other ERPs)
Knowledge of how SAP Ariba modules can integrate to other complementary solutions
Experience in best practice process design and improvement
Team Lead experience of between 3-10 people
Presales experience is an advantage
Worked on at least 3 tech-enabled S2P transformations across all phases.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Interested in digital procurement trends
Process-oriented approach combined with strong attention to detail.
Problem solver who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities effectively.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills across all organisational levels.
Strong stakeholder management abilities; proactive work ethic
Previous consulting experience is an advantage
Experience working across a variety of industries and sectors is highly desirable
Ariba certification preferred but not essential
Willingness to travel to meet client and project needs
