Job Summary
The Bistro Dinner Associate/Bartender at the Courtyard by Marriott West Orange is responsible for combining roles in food/drink service and customer interaction! This is an all in one position to give our guests the full experience.
- WORK SCHEDULE: 4:00 PM11:00 PM DAILY (WEEKDAYS WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED)
- Ending hours could extend later based on events in house for serving drinks
- PART TIME: 2-3DAYS PER WEEK
- PAY RATE: $19.00 PER HOUR PLUS DAILY TIPS

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the bistro area
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic bartending experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alone and along side other team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
