Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service discontinuance or changes inservice.
Entering and transferring accurate customer data into several systems
Accepting payments from customers researchingcustomerbillinginquiries and updating customer account information.
Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements resolve problems or complaints and seeks cost-effective safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
What We Need From You:
2 years ofhigh-volumeCustomer Serviceexperience
Experience withMicrosoft Word Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional and personable phone presence
