- CBD Perth based Monday to Friday role
Job Description
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning preparing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure assets across Roads Ports and Ruvidini operations are maintained safely efficiently and with minimal downtime. The role focuses on proactive planning effective scheduling and ensuring all maintenance tasks are work-ready with the right information resources and support for execution.
What you will do
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Weekly monthly and forward maintenance schedules for Roads Ports and mining site equipment and facilities prioritising tasks based on permit management due dates critical works and ensuring minimal operational disruptions
Work Order Management Create and issue accurate work orders and work packs ensuring accuracy of information such as required parts lead times and support efficient execution of tasks
Maintenance Systems & Data Management Maintain accurate data in CMMS including service history Permit Management tasks scheduling dates and asset information.
Coordination with Workshop & Contractors - Liaise with workshop supervisors operations and contractors to align maintenance work with resourcing and availability
Continuous Improvement in Planning - Identify improvements to planning processes Permit Management efficiency and work execution quality
Qualifications :
What you will bring
- Experience in maintenance planning scheduling or asset maintenance support
- Understanding of mechanical and/or asset maintenance processes
- Strong organisational and forward-planning skills
- Experience using a CMMS (MEX or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
- Experience in transport heavy vehicle port equipment or remote operations is desirable
