Provider Engagement Account Manager (Remote GA Based)
Salary: $55000 $99000 per year Full-time Remote (with local travel)

About the Role
Were supporting a leading healthcare organization seeking a Provider Engagement Account Manager to strengthen relationships across its provider network.
Youll serve as the key contact for physicians and clinicsdriving quality utilization and value-based performance through proactive account management.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain provider relationships within assigned territory.
Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to review performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network issues and optimize outcomes.
Use data to identify trends improve provider engagement and achieve performance goals.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Admin Business or related field.
2 years experience in provider relations or account management within a health plan or IPA.
Familiarity with HEDIS MLR and utilization metrics.
Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Local travel up to 80 % of the week (required).
