On Call Busser Limelight Snowmass Winter

Position Summary  
The Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing/wiping tables stocking products performing housekeeping functions and engaging with our guests to ensure their needs are met. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
    Responsible for following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant to include housekeeping functions for restaurant and restroom areas 
    Ensure all food items are stocked and alert manager to items which are out of stock 
    Complete side work duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for service 
    Engage with guests helping as needed to ensure their needs are met 
    Clean and clear tables efficiently 
    Maintain cleanliness of bus stations to include removal of trash recycling composting   
    Move tables chairs bus stations to facilitate housekeeping  
    Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staff levels demand 
    Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications :

Education & Experience Requirements 
    Prior guest service experience is preferred 
    Prior work experience in a restaurant is preferred 
 
Knowledge Skills & Abilities 
    Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively 
    Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers 
    Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes customer flow environments and tasks 
    Knowledge of company policies and procedures 

Additional Information :

Work Environment & Physical Demands
    Ability to reach crouch kneel stand walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
    Regularly work in wet hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
    Must be able to occasionally lift push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position but no more than 50)
