Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Rehab Office Lead are to coordinate day to day administrative functions under the leadership of the management team and provide input and training in clerical standard work. Performs audits and assists management in all aspects of patient registration patient charge entry insurance verification in-patient scheduling out-patient scheduling reception and copay collection billing error correction administrative assistance to rehab management team. The Rehab Office Lead serves as a role model within the department and throughout the organization always displaying the Patients First vision in their performance and decision making.

Required Skills

  • Experience/knowledge of patient registration
  • Leadership qualities ability to serve as a mentor and role model to staff.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully.
  • Good English spelling skills
  • Good English reading and comprehension skills
  • Ability to follow directions as outlined in policies or given by Management.
  • Computer Skills / Typing 45 wpm minimum.
  • Ability to utilize all applicable computer programs to assist with administrative coordination activities.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple job demands accurately and efficiently.
