The University of Iowa Health Care is seeking a 50-100% Paramedic (20 - 40 hours per week) to work in our Sioux City Family Medicine Clinic. This position supports our Family Medicine Clinic where youll spend more time with patients and expand your physician-support and administrative duties increasing the efficiency and productivity of the physician and anticipating future needs to facilitate the flow of the clinic.

Under supervision of NM/ANM (Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager) and Medical Director of Urgent Care and also receives functional supervision from APPs (Advanced Practice Provider) and functions as a member of the urgent care team. Performs technical patient care and related clerical functions in the Urgent Care setting by coordinating all elements of the patient visit.
