This full-time 11-month faculty position combines leadership and teaching responsibilities overseeing departmental operations faculty supervision scheduling budgeting and program development. Responsibilities:
Provide Academic and Instructional Leadership

What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in related discipline
Five years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level
Two years of leadership or supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership behaviors that result in making good decisions aligned with the Colleges priorities
Experience in curriculum design implementation and oversight
Experience developing and monitoring budgets preferred
Management of a learning lab preferred
Experience in problem-based learning teaching with an array of distance learning technologies teaching in blended learning formats and online teaching preferred

**Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
