Key responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs: Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and building systems. This includes overseeing repairs to ensure they are completed on time and to standard.

• Vendor management: Act as the primary contact for external vendors and service providers such as cleaning security and HVAC contractors managing contracts and ensuring services are delivered.

• Safety and compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health safety and environmental regulations. This involves performing regular inspections and coordinating with safety and HR departments.

• Project coordination: Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects such as installations of new equipment renovations or other improvements.

• Inventory and supplies: Monitor and maintain the inventory of necessary supplies and equipment and facilitate procurement as needed.

• Operational support: Assist in managing daily facility operations including cleaning and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Procedure and documentation: Develop update and enforce facility-related procedures and manuals.

Essential skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical knowledge related to building systems and equipment maintenance.

• Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.

• Attention to detail to ensure safety and compliance.
