Business Development / Sales Consultant Northern Ireland (Remote)

base Uncapped Commission OTE 150k

Were supporting a growing professional services business that works with owners who are thinking about their future. The conversations are warm meaningful and genuinely interesting every business is different and every story unique.

This is a consultative sales role. Youll meet business owners (both online and in person) understand what theyre trying to achieve explain how the service works and guide them towards a decision.

What youll be doing

Meeting business owners (video face-to-face)

Understanding their goals and where theyre heading

Presenting solutions with confidence

Winning new instructions

Managing your own diary territory

Representing the brand in a polished credible way

Who this will suit

Someone who:

Loves winning new business

Enjoys meeting people and building trust quickly

Can hold their own with senior decision-makers

Listens well and asks good questions

Has confidence without arrogance

Presents themselves well and communicates clearly

Wants to be in a role where hard work serious earning potential

You dont have to come from professional services but it helps.
People from recruitment corporate insurance wealth/financial advisory SaaS or other high-value B2B backgrounds often do well here.
