What youll be doing:
- Leading the development and execution of L&Gs Group media and issues strategy
- Managing corporate and financial media relations across UK and international outlets
- Collaborating with Investor Relations and divisional teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Advising senior leaders on public-facing matters including crisis and reputation management
- Coaching spokespeople and positioning executives through thought leadership and press activity
- Tracking media sentiment and identifying emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentoring a high-performing team and managing external agencies effectively
- Ensuring communications governance and alignment with internal policies
