Its mainly managing a team of Photo editors/Graphic designers and the Uploading team to ensure the production of high-quality visual content; With balancing artistic creativity with operational efficiency Driving team performance and maintaining high standards for visual outputs. This role is pivotal in aligning processes meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with various teams to optimize visual content production and management.

Artistic and Creative
Leadership
Team Management and Leadership
Direct the production and layout of artwork.
Apply artistic creativity within a corporate environment ensuring visually appealing and consistent content for the menu items and the NCR banner designs.
Assuring that the team is highly updated with all the newest technical techniques.
Collaborate on projects with colleagues delegate tasks and check projects for quality and consistency.
Work closely with the regional photography team to store and categorize in-house digital assets.
Lead and manage the graphics team providing guidance feedback and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Operational and Statistical
Management:
Conduct coaching sessions as needed supporting team members with operational and technical advice.
Ensure SLA achievement aligns with the business plan maintaining stability and high quality in team output.
Create and align processes with other teams for mutual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and drive team performance preparing final KPIs and discussing monthly performance.
Working with the teams function when its needed for creating designs and videos.
Duties:
Daily operations
Assure the stability of all team queues on an hourly basis.
Assign received projects to team members and monitor the quality of outputs.
Conduct live monitoring for quality assurance and daily adherence in alignment with the RTM team.
Prioritize tasks based on the situation and provide operational/technical advice.
Monthly Operations
Prepare final KPIs for the team and discuss monthly performance through Connects.
Review and modify team targets as needed.
Schedule shifts for the two teams ensuring coverage and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Clear disciplinary action records.
KPI average of 95% or above over the last six months.
Must have at least 12 months of tenure in both the company and the current position.
Must be on track or performing in performance cycles to be considered.
Knowledge about photo editing and coloring.
