Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru India. In this pivotal role you will lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence across our organization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the design development and optimization of mechanical systems and components
- Oversee project planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Conduct design reviews and validate engineering solutions
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical engineering processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications :
- degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
- 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and best practices
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience with simulation and analysis tools like ANSYS and FEA
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Proven track record in product development and design optimization
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards regulations and manufacturing processes
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working in a global multicultural environment is advantageous
