Job Summary
Do you have a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a hardworking Grounds and Maintenance team NRMA Batemans Bay Beach Resort is seeking a casual Grounds and Maintenance Attendant. Your maintenance skills and problem-solving ability will keep our park cabins and sites in top condition.
Youll have flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. This role is offering approximately 20-30 hours per week varying during peak summer season.
What you will do:
- Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
- Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites cabins amenities and other facilities.
- Servicing pool repairs and maintenance as required
- Assist with gardening projects basic mechanical repairs and painting.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks
What you will bring:
- Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
- Previous experience with ride on & push mowers pruning hedging landscaping and weed control would be ideal
- Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a hands on work history.
- Be hardworking energetic enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.
Please note this is a physically demanding role.
