Job Summary
The Custodian II will clean and maintain public areas including but not limited to:
- Hallways lobbies stairways locker rooms etc.
- The Custodian II will perform detail work and high dusting.
- The Custodian II will eEnsure preventative care of cleaning equipment.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum one (1) year cleaning experience preferred; knowledge of cleaning equipment.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Additional Information :
Compensation pay range - $16.75 - $18.25 an hour
