Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Process Improvement Partner to be an integral part of a dynamic team supporting complex and high-visibility HR process improvement and technology implementation initiatives across multiple regions. Your role will require a combination of expertise in HR process improvement and technology implementation contributing to the enhancement of the overall employee experience through digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for understanding current processes and collaborating with CoEs (Center of Excellence) to identify areas for process and technology improvements utilizing employee feedback and stakeholder insights.
- You will be responsible for developing process workflows and swim lane charts supporting global standardization of HR processes and assessing processes for efficiency and quality enhancements.
- You will be responsible for partnering with CoEs and IT to identify evaluate and implement HR technology products guiding stakeholders in MVP decisions and contributing to business requirement documentation.
- You will be responsible for co-developing implementation plans conducting regular project cadence for HR teams monitoring progress and supporting change management for HR tech initiatives.
- You will be responsible for acting as an HR Tech ambassador internally and externally representing the function and ensuring successful adoption of technology solutions.
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
Full time MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management)
Minimum Work Experience
3-4 years of experience in hands-on HR Tech experience
Skills & Attributes Technical Skills
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR product/application lifecycles from inception through implementation and then evolution.
- Understanding of digital HR technologies and their integration for enhanced employee experiences.
- Experience in People Analytics Manpower planning On-boarding HR Business Partnering and Induction.
- Experience in Statutory Compliance and Exit Management.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SAP-HR database and digital HR tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes on-boarding and statutory compliance.
Behavioural Skills
- A seasoned team leader and a change manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative Skill sets and result oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Time Management and organization skills.
