- Deliver personalised service and create memorable experiences for every guest in every interaction every day.
- Promote and encourage enrolment in ALL Accors loyalty program to non-members.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate guest accounts.
- Handle bookings provide clear and helpful information and accurately enter reservations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to support guest needs and manage room changes smoothly.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or reception role is preferred.
- Demonstrates a professional telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills.
- Possesses excellent communication interpersonal and time management abilities.
- Maintains a friendly positive and proactive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Experience using Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
