Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the optimisation and enhancement of our Salesforce this pivotal role youll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our platform supports innovation efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Join us in bringing a new approach to technology and innovation in healthcare by:

  • Leading the strategic direction governance and optimisation of HCAs Salesforce platform.

  • Overseeing platform performance data security integrations and user adoption.

  • Managing vendor relationships licensing and release processes.

  • Providing mentorship leadership and support to the Health IT team.

  • Driving continuous improvement scalability and innovation across our technology systems.

You are a proactive Salesforce leader with 5 years experience managing development administration and QA teams to drive platform excellence. With strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills you excel at turning complex business needs into scalable secure Salesforce solutions. Your proven ability to deliver results solve problems and inspire innovation makes you a trusted advisor and platform champion within our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Leadership: Oversee Salesforce implementation configuration and optimisation to ensure stability scalability and performance.

  • User Empowerment: Drive adoption deliver user training and ensure user-friendly documentation and support.

  • Data Governance & Security: Define and enforce policies that ensure data integrity privacy and compliance.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver meaningful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Innovation & Enhancement: Identify and implement new Salesforce features automation and AI capabilities to improve efficiency.

  • Collaboration & Vendor Management: Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure platform health compliance and continual improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (essential).

  • Salesforce certifications:

    • Salesforce Platform App Builder

    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator

    • Salesforce Platform Developer II 

    • Salesforce Solution Architect 

    • Cloud Consultant (e.g. Omni studio) 

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration development and project delivery.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience within technology teams.
