POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Immigration Specialist supports Jackson Walkers immigration attorneys in managing all aspects of employment-based immigration cases for corporate clients. This contract role plays a key part in preparing filing and tracking nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions while ensuring accuracy compliance and exceptional client service.
The Specialist works collaboratively with attorneys and staff across offices to provide timely high-quality support throughout the case lifecycle. This position requires strong attention to detail organization and knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures. The assignment is expected to last twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension depending on workload and performance.

This position operates in a typical professional office environment with standard equipment. The Specialist is required to work 40 hours per week with in-office attendance and some remote days possible. The role requires professionalism discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
