Job Summary
- Comply with AbbVies Code of Conduct and all relevant company policies.
- Perform both on-demand and preventive maintenance independently to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to root cause investigations of equipment malfunctions and participate in reliability-centered maintenance analyses.
- Provide training and mentorship to other technicians as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines.
- Possess intermediate computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Exhibit advanced expertise in core job functions and perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and site safety projects within the maintenance organization and broader site.
- Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulation.
Qualifications :
- HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools diagnostic tools predictive tools) Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
