DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist plays a key part in identifying attracting and selecting top talent to drive the success of the growing company.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from job description creation to candidate onboarding including sourcing through online and offline channels interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
- Partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs develops tailored recruitment strategies and creates compelling job descriptions
- Develops and implements effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates including posting openings on various job boards and platforms
- Cultivates positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by showing companys culture and value proposition to potential candidates and providing regular feedback to candidates
- Prepares interviewers and candidates ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process before scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Contributes to enhancing the employer brand through various channels including social media and networking events
- Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
- Provides regular reports and insights to HR leadership and utilizes recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Provides guidance on market trends salary benchmarks and best practices
RequirementsEducation Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. At least 2 years of experience in Tech recruitment will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
- Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy advanced use of MS Office Applications
