Operates switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Monitors and initiates protocols for life safety alarms. Follows pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Applies knowledge of commonly used terminology concepts practices and procedures within the hospital.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
- 1 year previous high volume telephone experience. 1 year previous customer service experience.
