Job Summary

CNC Waterjet Operator

Pay: $24-$28/hr

Shift: 2nd (2:15pm-10:45pm)

Required Core Technical Skills with 4 YOE:

Waterjet CNC setup and operation
- 3-axis and/or 5-axis waterjet experience
- Abrasive vs. pure water cutting
Machine calibration & setup
- Nozzle alignment pierce settings standoff control
- Pump pressure optimization
Toolpath execution
- Understanding lead-ins/outs taper compensation kerf control etc.
Material knowledge
- Aluminum titanium Inconel composites laminates
- Heat-sensitive and exotic aerospace materials

Read and interpret:
- GD&T
- Tight tolerances ( 0.001 or tighter)
- Section views callouts notes
Basic CAD/CAM exposure (e.g. FlowMaster IGEMS OMAX Layout Mastercam)
