At Breeze were on a mission to make people spend less time on their phones and more time face-to-face.

Breeze is the dating app for people who are done with endless chatting and ghosting. Weve built the worlds first app that organizes real dates at scale. When you match on Breeze you simply pick a time and we set up the date for you at one of our partner bars.

Since launch weve already organized over 500000 real-life dates (and counting!) across The Netherlands Germany Belgium France the UK and New York.

About the role

Were looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Youll create a steady stream of scroll-stopping content for our social channels (organic and paid) from concept to shoot to edit. Youre the kind of person who can spot a TikTok trend before it peaks and translate dating culture into a witty reel.

Concretely you would:

Create content people actually love

• Make scroll-stopping content that gets people to engage

• Grow our social channels (Instagram and TikTok)

• Keep an eye on what performs and learn from that

• Stay aligned with our creative strategy and brand champion use of our distinctive brand assets

Create a content bank

• Keep a steady posting rhythm across Breezes organic social channels

• Repurpose content to fit for paid social distribution

• Make the most of every shoot by thinking ahead to future uses

• Keep our content library clear accessible and ready for everyone on the team

Improve Creators content output

• Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to share authentic Breeze stories

• Write better briefs and build stronger smoother partnerships

• Help us grow our creator network with fresh talent that fits the brand

About you

• Youre an experienced content creator with a strong track record of high-performing posts. You have an eye for visual language and storytelling and youre also comfortable to step in front of the camera yourself. You know your way around editing tools and can independently edit your own content from start to finish.

• Youre highly organized and an excellent project manager. You can plan shoots and edits in a prudent manner which delivers value for multiple stakeholders.

• You live and breathe social: always tuned into trends culture and what people are talking about online. You can quickly notice trends and opportunities and see how Breeze can play into them in a natural and brand-native way.

• Youre creatively resourceful full of ideas and love brainstorming new concepts that stand out.

• Youre a team player who works well with marketers product folks and creators alike communicating clearly and always following through.

• You have a feeling for data and can use it to inform your creative decisions.

• Fluent English speaker (native level). Dutch language skills are preferred but not required.

Competitive Salary: 3.500 - 5.500 per month (excl 8% holiday allowance)
