Childrens Home Registered Manager
Location: Barnsley
Salary: 42381.23 per annum with potential earnings up to 46581.23 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (MondayFriday 9am5pm with flexibility for sleep-ins when required)

This is a small nurturing solo placement home designed to offer stability safety and emotional development for one young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.
Were seeking a motivated Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
Or a Deputy Manager looking to step up.
Youll have a proven record of managing or deputising within Ofsted-regulated childrens homes with strong leadership skills and an understanding of trauma-informed practice.
Essential Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
Previous experience managing a team within an Ofsted-registered childrens home
Sound knowledge of safeguarding child protection and Ofsted frameworks (SCCIF)
Strong leadership and team management skills
A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car

As the Registered Manager you will:
Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
Lead develop and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regulations and organisational policies
Oversee admissions care planning and quality assurance
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and emotional wellbeing for each young person
Represent the service in meetings with professionals commissioners and Ofsted
