Client
A successful supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
- Creating registering closing and de-registering charitable entities
- Advising on trustee roles charity mergers asset transfers and regulatory issues
- Work collaboratively withproperty and employment teams on charity matters
- Liaising with the Charity Commission
- Engaging in business development activity
You
- 5 years PQE with experience in dealing with charities of varying sizes
- Able to manage complexmatters with supervision where appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
