About the Role

As the Sales Manager for Eastern England youll be the face of this business in your territory. Youll engage with existing and new customers identify their needs and facilitate solutions that drive mutual success. This isnt just order-taking - youll be developing strategies preparing compelling bids and building lasting partnerships that exceed sales targets.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years in a related industry composite piping thermoplastics engineered polymers fibres speciality additives etc.
  • Skills: Excellent communication organizational abilities and comfort working under multiple deadlines
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft Office CRM and ERP systems
  • Attributes: Self-motivated resilient analytical and relationship-focused

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Win new projects and develop existing customer relationships
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare accurate evaluations and strategic bids
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Generate sales forecasts and progress reports
