Registered Manager Childrens Residential Services
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: 45827..07 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children & Young People with Autism and/or Neurodiverse Needs (EBD LD ASD)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a role relevant to residential childcare and at least 1 year supervising/managing staff in a care setting

  • Ofsted Rating: New service awaiting registration

Who We Are Looking For

Were seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is excited about building a new service from the ground up. You will:

  • Lead motivate and inspire a dedicated residential team
  • Foster a positive and inclusive home environment
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015
  • Promote exceptional outcomes for children and young people
  • Model empathy patience and strong communication in all interactions

You must have a genuine passion for working with autistic and/or neurodiverse young people and a track record of effective leadership in residential childcare.
