Whats the role
This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Provide first level support to the Chief Engineer including daily diary management and email management.
- Work in collaboration with other support & operations staff within Consumer Digital Technology Digital Village & CBB Tech to coordinate key meetings to ensure Digital Village milestones are met.
- General support to Chief Engineer with planning time/task management stakeholder management and other ad-hoc administration.
- Working with the Westpac App & Platform technology leadership team and other key stakeholders to set up the annual operating rhythm of the team.
- Facilitate approvals related people hiring finances procurement.
- Assist with vendor contracts renewals and invoice payments for the team.
- Coordination of weekly leadership team meetings including minutes and actions.
- Facilitate travel bookings & approvals coordination for the team.
- Organisation of team and leadership team events including annual offsites monthly all-ins and other social activities.
- Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for the team.
What do I need
- Over 5 years of experience working in an administrative support role
- Experience working within a large corporate environment with multi business units
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams Excel PPT Word etc)
- Experience in managing team activities and events
