About the role:
We are seeking a BD Sector Senior Manager Private Capital to join our Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team! This is a pivotal role within our BDM function supporting the delivery of our Clients & Sectors strategy and driving profitable revenue growth through proactive client engagement and cross-selling initiatives.
As BD Sector Senior Manager you will:
- Collaborate with Sector Leaders Relationship Partners and product teams to execute a focused strategy aligned with firmwide priorities.
- Build strong relationships across key asset classes and proactively drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyse market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and support partners with compelling marketing collateral.
- Horizon-scan sector trends and develop campaigns to generate opportunities and build the firms profile.
- Leverage data-led insights for opportunity spotting and pipeline management.
- Advise on commercial proposals and facilitate best practice sharing across sectors.
We are ideally looking for:
- Experience in a global sector BD role within legal or professional services.
- Proven ability to develop and implement BD strategies that drive cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Strong industry knowledge of Private Capital including sector trends and challenges.
- Confidence navigating complex opportunities across asset classes products and offices.
- A self-starter mindset with a track record of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Understanding of law firm structure and culture is highly desirable.
This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
