Job Description:
Supports the Supply Chain operations on:
- Short term needs forecasting (AHE demand) and purchase orders creation.
- Work orders planning release and follow up.
- Production progress follow up PPC update and deviation analysis.
- Monitoring of the supply Line of Balance (AHE demand vs Supplier capacity) so that in case of
misscoverage / deviations root causes identification and definition of mitigation and/or recovery
actions drum beating for its accomplishment in due time.
- Reporting to internal customer of the miss coverage and the relevant associated information like
root causes actions in place and its status stakeholders A/Cs impacted recovery forecast / DDs
short term criticality etc.
- Purchase Orders follow-up (collaboration with supplier) until the material is available in free stock.
- Periodical follow up meetings with suppliers and with outsourced supply chain management
interfaces (SOs / SCQMs).
- Exchanges with supplier on Suppliers Performance for continuous improvement plans.
- Monitoring of actions related to supplier Non Conformities (incl. NCDA / SRFD) when the material
availability is short term jeopardized.
- Escalation for critical topics.
- Clearing cases related tasks.
- Dispatch incidences follow up (inbound / outbound).
- Kitting request preparation and submission to MMA.
- Coordination of transport tools return.
- Shopfloor MFT meeting (N2) preparation and reporting of hc progress blocking points incl
missing parts and top topics escalation.
- Blocking parts critical supplies and risk anticipation dashboard weekly set up and follow up.
- HC closure check before delivery.
- DN creation and follow up until closure.
- Outstanding works follow up.
- Chemicals availability control at the shopfloor.
