Job Summary

Adult Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Lawrence MASchedule: Varied hours including some early evenings in residences; on-call rotation approximately once per monthPay Rate: $55$60 per hourArbor Associates client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Assistant Director of Adult Clinical Services. This leadership role oversees adult services programming ensuring quality clinical oversight staff development and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience familiarity with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to support adults with developmental and behavioral ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversight for adult residential and day and train staff ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral with DDS and other regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and quality functional assessments develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans and ensure fidelity of staff with crisis management program audits and clinical in program development research initiatives and quality improvement flexible coverage including some evening hours and limited on-call RequirementsRequired: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or related : Current BCBA working with adult populations including residential services and DDS and program management experience interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to mentor First Aid and Crisis Intervention certification (or ability to obtain).
