As Financial Officer within the Revenue and Refunds team you will assist with financial activities in relation to motor vehicle licensing driver licensing road user charges safety camera infringements and tolling.
Showcase your skills and knowledge to provide timely and accurate data entry into the register and financial system and certify that data validation and capture processes are in-line with internal controls.
You will provide high quality customer service through proactive and timely support to internal & external customers/stakeholders. You will also be able to import/export financial data and compare it for accuracy and completeness.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
You will demonstrate knowledge of or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.

Corporate Support includes Finance Legal Risk and Assurance Research and Analytics Procurement and Enterprise Change. For the Agency to be successful Corporate & Commercial needs to deliver quality services efficiently.
Investment and Finance team is responsible for the: financial management; performance reporting; business planning; and investment frameworks. Teams comprise: financial management including planning budgeting insurance and supporting systems; Investment assurance and policy; financial operations including processing and revenue collection/refunds; organisational performance monitoring and reporting; and funding and financing including funding and cashflow management.
