As part of the Assisted Sales team you will be responsible for managing end-to-end renewal deals for a portfolio of low-value customer accounts. This is a high-volume customer-facing role that requires agility strong communication and a deep understanding of UiPaths products and commercial strategy.
You will drive deal execution engage directly with customers and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure renewals close smoothly and on time.
Own the full-cycle renewal process for a defined set of low-value accounts.
Engage directly with customers to ensure clarity on renewal terms timing and value.
Manage a high volume of active deals simultaneously while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Collaborate with account teams legal finance and deal desk to remove blockers and drive timely closures.
Proactively manage timelines and follow-ups to reduce churn risk and improve conversion.
Ensure CRM systems and trackers are updated with deal status and documentation.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the renewal journey.
Familiarity with UiPath platform and GTM strategy.
Good understanding of UiPath product offerings and commercial constructs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing engagement.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deals at various stages.
Willingness to work flexibly across time zones to support global customers.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
Previous renewal sales or inside sales experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Familiarity with subscription models and license management processes.
