Were seeking a compassionate and reliable Student Support Hub Lead - Behaviour professional to join our pastoral and behaviour team.

Youll work closely with students who need emotional behavioural or relational support to thrive in school. Whether supervising in our intervention rooms de-escalating in corridors or supporting reintegration plans youll be at the heart of our inclusive and relational care system.

This is an ideal role for someone with emotional intelligence strong boundaries and a deep belief in pupil potential. Every day youll help young people feel seen safe and supported.

You will:
Supervise pupils placed in The Hub or Reflection Room and maintain calm consistent routines
Model positive relational behaviour and maintain firm fair boundaries
Work closely with the inclusion team to ensure that all students receive the care and attention that they need
