Job Description:
- Provide assistance as required to support Technical Department with planning/purchasing/repairs of material.
- Manage /Prioritize Repairs to support on-going maintenance/conversion schedule
- Coordinate/communicate the status of all material required to support the technical department
- Comparing companys inventory/assets against aircraft maintenance needs.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate material is repaired segregated and ready for consumption during aircraft maintenance and/or conversion events
- Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to maintain product availability.
- Work Order Management in support of all on-going technical projects
- Pentagon SME for the technical department
- Special projects as needed included but not limited to:
- Financial Assessments.
- Vendor Management
- Historical usage reporting
- High school diploma bachelors preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial aircraft material.
- Knowledge of Aircraft manuals and IPC
- 2-4 years of relevant practical experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Must be able to multi-task and have excellent negotiation skills.
- Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the Pentagon2000 ERP system.
