Job Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Hot Side Technician to join our Raleigh team. This position serves as the primary technician for hot side repair and maintenance focusing on commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens fryers steamers griddles warmers and dish machines. The ideal candidate will bring strong diagnostic skills a commitment to quality workmanship and a professional attitude toward customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial cooking and hot side equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls in commercial environments.
Accurately document work performed and parts used.
Communicate clearly with dispatch customers and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle tools and workspace.
Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times.
Assist with light refrigeration or HVAC tasks as needed (a plus).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial hot side equipment service preferred.
Commercial HVAC experience or EPA certification is a strong plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
