Understanding business process analysis and data analysis; ability to articulate and present in these areas and draw meaningful business conclusions
Knowledge or experience with NetSuite or Salesforce best practices and data management is a plus

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Lead cross-functional teams in complex projects driving product strategy and execution.
Mentor and coach junior analystsand team members fostering skill development and best practices.
Influence product direction by presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Analyze and improve processes for Revenue Cloud (quote-to-cash subscription billing) Commerce Cloud (B2C storefronts order management) Commissions (incentive compensation) and Payments (integration with gateways reconciliation)
Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce modules (RCA RCB B2C Commerce Spiff Gr4vy OneSource Oracle etc.)
Execute and manage configuration customization testing and deployment of Revenue Cloud Commerce Cloud and Billing Payments solutions. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred
Conduct data analysis using Salesforce reports Power BI and SQL to generate actionable insights for revenue growth billing efficiency and payment reconciliation.
Ensure timely updates on product enhancements defect resolution and project milestones for billing payments and commissions initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product management processes including workflow diagrams integration flows and user guides for Salesforce modules

Desired Qualifications

Require min 5 years of relevant experience in product analysis data science or analytics.
Bachelors degree in business management Information Systems Data Science and Analytics or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Commerce Cloud Billing Payments and Commissions.
Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce best practices for data management and integration.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
