Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic local team Were seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP functions with a strong focus on reconciliations and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
As our Accounts Payable Officer you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Purchase Orders Invoices accurately and on time
- Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assisting with month-end close and reporting tasks
- Supporting general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of site administration requirements
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experienced in Accounts Payable and account reconciliations (minimum 2 years experience preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Based Business Central.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance (within 6 months)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Organised reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Based locally in Kalgoorlie WA
