Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic local team Were seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP functions with a strong focus on reconciliations and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

As our Accounts Payable Officer you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing Purchase Orders Invoices accurately and on time
Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies
Assisting with month-end close and reporting tasks
Supporting general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of site administration requirements
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements / Qualifications

Experienced in Accounts Payable and account reconciliations (minimum 2 years experience preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Based Business Central.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
Police clearance (within 6 months)
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Organised reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Based locally in Kalgoorlie WA
