How youll contribute
AManager Sleep Labwho excels in this role:
Determines coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
Ensures all attended and home sleep studies are staffed performed and managed efficiently and effectively. Provides direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff; assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs continuing education and technician meetings. Performs equipment maintenance monthly checks (CPAP ETC02 and oxygen calibrations).
Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures and protocols.
Remains on call for all technologists assistance with technology equipment troubleshooting and other urgent needs.
Manages the work of others including planning assigning scheduling and reviewing work ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring terminating training and developing reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

Additional requirements include:
Associates degreerequired. Bachelors degree preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
Successful completion ofa PSG educational program leading.
