Position: Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support services under the supervision of our patient care managers
- Deliver personal care including bathing grooming and assistance with daily living activities.
- Meets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools side rails etc.).
- Assist patients and their families in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patients care plan.
- Light housekeeping meal prep and medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and established routines
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- 1 years of hospice or home health experience is preferred.
- HHA certified (training may be available)
- CNA certified
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Valid Oklahoma drivers license.
- Reliable transportation and agency-required auto liability insurance.
