Job Description
Diagnostic & design
Clean/merge datasets; build models/benchmarks; capture as-is; draft to-be options and business cases
Execution & quality
Coordinate tasks and timelines;maintaintrackers/status/RAID; prepare client-ready pages and exhibits; adhere to PwC quality and compliance standards
Client teaming & growth
Align outputs with US engagement teams; support workshops and stakeholder alignment; contribute to proposals and re-usable collateral (templates frameworks GenAI/automation aides)
Core responsibilitiesofSenior Associatewould entail (but not limited to)
As part of the teamyoullcollaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specificresponsibilitiesinclude but are not limitedto:
Structure analyses synthesize insights and create executive-ready materials
Map current-state processes/operating models;identifyconstraints and value opportunities
Support future-state design of processes roles KPIs and enabling technology; quantify benefits and costs
Facilitate/assist client interviews and workingsessions;capture decisions risks and actions
Maintain high-quality PMO hygiene (plans RAID status) and contribute tomethodologyassets
Collaborate acrossMexicoIndiaUSteams; iterate quickly on feedback and ensure consistent ways of working

Eligibilitycriteria
Bachelors degree (engineering economics business or related);MBA a plus
47 yearstotal experience;25 yearsin operations/supply chain/transformation preferred
Proficiencywith Excel/Slides; familiarity with data querying/visualization or BI tools isadvantageous
