The project involves implementing and customizing a complex insurance-focused software platform for enterprise customers.
The role requires close collaboration with customer stakeholders to design configure and deliver scalable production-grade solutions including integrations and custom workflows.

Experience estimating technical work and managing delivery risks
Familiarity with UAT processes and iterative delivery practices
Strong documentation skills including runbooks and technical guides
Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and implementation best practices
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead planning scoping execution and delivery of complex customer implementations
Own delivery timelines risk identification and mitigation
Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
Design and implement production-grade customer-specific solutions
Translate ambiguous requirements into clearly scoped technical deliverables
Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with customers
Write debug and maintain production and integration code
Manage UAT cycles customer feedback and issue resolution
Collaborate with Product Engineering and Customer Success teams
Influence architectural decisions based on deployment experience
Provide structured product feedback to influence the roadmap
Develop and maintain delivery playbooks and best practices
Automate internal processes to improve delivery efficiency
