Job Summary
- Leading product launch and project implementation by prepare launch plan project manage the execution propose operational flow for cross functional processes prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post launch.
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes.
- Lead preparation of cross functional weekly / biweekly cadences. This includes providing of timely and accurate financial management information and analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Closely working with the operational team to increase operational productivity.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to further optimize and enhance operational processes.
- Conduct analysis and research to reduce opportunity losses and mitigate the risk of losses.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant workstream (E-commerce Logistics Management Consulting Project Management Startup etc).
- Experienced in operational execution and capable of managing projects end-to-end including coordination with mid-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
- Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English is a must with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
