Job Summary
As a Vice President in The Financial Institutions Sales Group (FIG) you will have a critical role in developing and implementing strategic frameworks to address the complex needs of our FIG business. You will collaborate with global sales teams and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities streamline processes and drive innovation. Your focus on robust risk management and compliance will help ensure sustainable growth and position our business for long-term success. You will be part of a team that values diverse perspectives and fosters a culture of excellence and inclusion.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide global support to FIG sales teams enabling identification of revenue opportunities across diverse markets and client segments
- Develop and refine internal control frameworks to manage business complexity mitigate risks and ensure compliance with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements
- Champion initiatives that promote sustainable growth operational efficiency and a strong control environment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement
- Support sales leads to evaluate new market entry opportunities and complete required risk assessments
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex problems into clear actionable solutions
- Results-oriented and innovative consistently fostering creative problem-solving within the team
- Possess excellent written and presentation skills along with robust analytical and execution capabilities
- Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels particularly senior leaders and excel in managing multiple priorities through strong organizational and planning skills

- Experience in payments financial institutions or related industry
