Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in FM in the Gulf
- 3 years on building fabric maintenance in large-scale developments
Specialized Skills:
- Skilled in managing building interiors and exteriors including walls ceilings flooring and finishes
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine and emergency repairs to structural components
- Oversee refurbishment painting tiling and other finish works
- Ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality of buildings
- Conduct periodic inspections and issue technical reports
- Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
