Victory Closets of Delaware Valley designs and installs locally built custom closet and storage solutions throughout eastern Pennsylvania. Our patented system combines craftsmanship and versatility offering beautiful durable designs that adapt to our clients changing needs.

What Youll Do as Design & Sales Consultant:

• Meet with clients in person or virtually to understand their needs and create tailored storage designs.
• Take accurate measurements and develop functional visually appealing plans that reflect Victory Closets versatile system.
• Present clear & inspiring proposals and guide clients through the design and purchasing process.
• Coordinate with production & installation teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized records follow up after installation and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent the company at occasional trade shows and community events (23 per year).
• Work full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule and travel within Montgomery Bucks Chester Delaware and Philadelphia counties (about 50%).
• Must live within 5 miles of the sales territory.

Our Ideal Design & Sales Consultant:

• Experienced: High school diploma required; additional design or related education preferred. Two to three years of experience in sales design or customer-facing roles ideally with a background in interior design home remodeling or space planning.
• Design-minded: Brings creativity spatial awareness and a passion for transforming functional needs into beautiful organized spaces.
• Communicative: Strong presentation and listening skills; able to clearly convey design ideas and build lasting client relationships.
• Goal-driven: Self-motivated confident and proactive in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Detail-oriented: Balances aesthetics with practicality to create thoughtful lasting design solutions.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with design or CRM software is a plus.

• $55000-$75000 total annual compensation (base commission)
